Levy Schneider began his career at Netafim in 1993 when he established Netafim South Africa as the Managing Director. Under his leadership Netafim South Africa became a successful company and a market leader.

During his tenure in South Africa, Levy was responsible for Netafim’s operations in English speaking countries in Africa. Levy has relocated to Australia in 2005 where he took over the Managing Director role in Netafim Australia and New Zealand.

Tal Brod
Tal Brod - APAC CFO

Tal migrated to Australia in 2001 and joined Netafim in 2009. His responsibilities cover all Financial, Economic, Legal, IT and Administration.

Prior to Netafim, Tal worked as a Senior Pricing Analyst in the Strategic Marketing Division at Telstra and as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial & Economic Analysis department at Powercor. He holds a BA in Economic & Management, an MBA, Master of Professional Accounting, a CPA and a Diploma of the Australian Institution of Company Directors.

Peter Durand
Peter Durand - Business Development Manager

Peter Durand has worked in the agricultural irrigation industry for the past 15 years. He has been involved in some of the largest drip irrigation projects in Australia over this period and is a strong ambassador for this technology and its potential to revolutionise Australian crop production.

After serving in a number of sales and technical roles over his 12 years at Netafim, he is currently the Business Development Manager. This role sees him developing strategies for introducing Netafim’s drip technology to new markets. He is the Chair of Irrigation Australia’s Drip Special Interest Group which works to promote and educate about drip technology from an industry perspective. He holds a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering (with Honours) from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian School of Business.

Monica Cole
Monica Cole - National Marketing Manager
Monica joined Netafim as the Marketing Manager in September 2015 after nearly twenty years in the protective coatings paint industry. Monica held various sales and marketing positions during that time across Australasia and the United Kingdom.

This role requires her to create and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aimed at building the Netafim brand and promoting the genuine benefits which Netafim products and services provide.

Adam Roberts
Adam Roberts - Operations Manager

Adam joined Netafim as the Operations Manager in June 2011 after nearly 2 decades in the automotive industry.

Adam’s role sees him managing all Logistics/warehousing, Customer service, Planning, QA and Manufacturing activities within Australia and New Zealand. Adam holds a Bachelor in Applied Science and a Masters in Engineering Management.

Shirley Romanyk
Shirley Romanyk - Human Resources Manager

Shirley Romanyk, Human Resources Manager – Australia/New Zealand joined Netafim in May 2011. Shirley completed her Bachelor of Business Degree with Majors in Human Resources and Administration in 2002 with Victoria University .

Since graduating, Shirley has worked in various Human Resources and OHS positions for a large service organisation and more recently spent 5 years working within the manufacturing area. These generalist skills gained over the last 10 years compliment the Netafim business and are assisting with aligning HR & OHS business processes and initiatives with business goals.
